Antoine Albury, born on September 13th, 1994, in Nassau, Bahamas, has consistently demonstrated excellence throughout his academic and professional life. He completed his secondary education at St. Augustine's College, where he graduated with honors, setting a strong foundation for his future endeavors. Antoine then pursued higher education at the University of the Bahamas, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting with honors.
In 2016, Antoine became a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., initiated through the Beta Beta Lambda Chapter at the University of the Bahamas. His commitment to the fraternity extends beyond local chapter activities; Antoine has excelled in various leadership roles within the fraternity, demonstrating a deep commitment to the fraternity’s ideals of brotherhood, scholarship, and service.
Professionally, Antoine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a noteworthy career that began in the audit departments of multiple prestigious Big 4 firms. This experience has equipped him with a robust understanding of financial systems and practices that extends across several industries, making him a valuable asset in any financial landscape. Currently, he holds a position as a senior accountant for an international freight carrier specializing in the dry bulk industry. In addition to his primary role, Antoine serves on the board of directors for various for-profit and non-profit organizations, where he leverages his expertise to guide financial decisions and strategy.

Margaret Rolle is an esteemed and dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for 13 years. Mrs. Rolle is committed to the mission of the NPHC to positively impact the communities in which we live and serve. She is a devoted wife to Frater Owen T. Rolle of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and a loving mother to their three children. For more than 15 years she has worked in the financial service industry. Her passion for the betterment of the communities is her guiding light.
Chacardia Brown
Donnell attended E.P. Roberts Primary School, C.H. Reeves Junior High School and graduated from R. M. Bailey Senior High School in 2017. In 2017, she received a full scholarship from The Bahamas Public School Scholar Program where she attended Central State University (Wilberforce, Ohio) and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance. At Central State University, she was initiated through the Delta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in April 2021.
Upon returning back home after graduating, she participated in the Central Bank of The Bahamas summer research internship. Donnell conducted her research on the topic of the evolution of the financial sector in the digital environment.
After completing the internship, she became a fulltime employee at Ernst & Young Bahamas (EY), where she currently holds the position of Senior Consultant within the Internal Audit (IA) department; mainly focusing on Risk Consulting, AML and compliance.
Donnell transitioned into the Nassau Bahamas Alumnae Chapter (NBAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc in September 2021. Within the Chapter she previously served as the Recording Secretary and currently holds the position of Internal Audit (IA) Chair.
While being fulltime employee and remaining committed to continuing the work of Delta, Donnell pursued her Master's in Accounting at the University of The Bahamas. She completed the program in December 2023 and officially graduated on May 30th, 2024.
Outside of working and studying, Donnell enjoys learning new hobbies. So far, she has done arts & crafts, swimming, nails and currently in her "baking era".
Robert N. A. Albury was born, as an only child. on January 6, 1995 to Robert W. Albury and Shena S. Albury. Robert attended St. Francis Joseph, Oliver Hoover Primary School (in Miami, Florida), Xavier's Lower School, St. Augustine's College (SAC) and The University of The Bahamas (UB). While attending SAC, Robert found his passion in accounting and continued his exploration at UB, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting (with Credit). While attending UB, he has worked at ScotiaBank, Sandals Royal Bahamian, Lightbourn Trading Company and Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants.
At Grant Thornton, he began his studies as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate and while in his pursuit, Robert took the position as an external auditor at Ernst & Young (EY), where he currently resides. With tireless nights and a brutal journey, Robert passed all of his examinations in May 2023. Sadly, during this time, Robert's father passed away, while taking one of his exams in Florida. Robert knew that his father would not have wished for his son to pause and quit, so he was fueled and influenced by his father's request to finish what he started, no matter the cost, and he was able to accomplish and make his father proud.
In early 2018, Robert entered the fraternal work of Greek organization by becoming a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, which his proud uncle and father figure, Asa W. Ferguson, who influenced him throughout his years, since as a child. He has served for six (6) years in the capacity of Financial Secretary and President of the Alpha Epsilon Beta Undergraduate Chapter, as well as 2nd Vice District Representative of the fraternity. Currently, Robert Albury serves as our Financial Secretary and is a member of the Pi Xi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.
Margo J. Adderley, The Former Training Manager at Commonwealth Bank and Chief Training Officer at the Department of Public Service, Training Centre For Human Resource Development. She is a dynamic and energetic Trainer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Development and Administration.
She is currently the Founder and President of Brilliance Training International. She specializes in facilitating onsite soft skills training programs/Learning and Development.
Ms. Adderley holds a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resources Development and Administration from Barry University and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity International University in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.
She is a member The Association for Talent Development (formerly The American Society for Training and Development), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Zonta Club of New Providence and Toastmasters International.
She also served as Former President of Eta Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Former Director of the Bahamas Primary School Foundation; Past Area Governor of Toastmasters International and Past President of Toastmasters Club 6796. She holds the highest designation of Distinguished Toastmasters.
Astrid S. A. Cooper was born on October 27, 1983 to Jacob and Merlyn Cooper, in Freeport Grand Bahama. Astrid started her education at Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School, then moved to Freeport Anglican High School, graduating in 2001 with honors. She then transitioned to the College of the Bahamas and studied Architecture, in 2005 she went on to The University of Technology, Jamaica where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in 2008.
Astrid became a teacher at Wolmer’s Boys’ School, where she developed her project management skills, by planning and executing several programs, and development projects at the school. In 2017 she left teaching and worked in several roles in the engineering and project management field throughout the Bahamas; and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She is currently the Business Development Manager at Bahamas Technological Services Ltd.
Throughout her entire life, community service and personal development has been a core feature. In the Cooper family you were always learning something, doing something or giving something. From the early days in ballet, dance, music classes, civic organizations, choirs and church groups; the Coopers have always been involved. It was this driving force that led her to Sigma Gamma Rho in Fall of 2021. Since then, she has served as the Tamiochus (treasurer) of the Nassau Bahamas Chapter, Parliamentarian for the Nassau Bahamas Pan Hellenic Council; and a committee member of the Primary School Student of the Year Program. She is also a leader in the Daughters of Sarah girls group in the Bain and Grants Town Community.
It is her goal to use her talents to make the world around her Greater!
Andrew Toppin was born on August 3rd , 1963 to the late Lloyd and Mabel Toppin (nee Kelly). He received his Primary Education at Queen’s College. His first of High School was spent at Queens College here he served as Form Captain. He then transferred to Saint John’s College where he graduated from 1980.
He worked for two years in the Architectural Firm of ArCop Architects. In 1982 he enrolled at Saint Augustine’s College (now University) where he Majored in
History. He graduated in 1986 Summa Cum Laude.
Andrew Toppin was initiated into Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. through Gamma Psi Chapter seated at Saint Augustine’s College now University Raleigh, North Carolina on December 3rd , 1983. During his collegiate days he held the post of Historian and Secretary. He was the Outstanding Brother in 1984, 1985 and 1986. Frater Toppin while in College was active in the International Students Association and the Student Government Association. In 1985, He as the Chief Strategists and Campaign Manager for Miss Bernadette Davis now Smith who ran for Miss Saint Augustine’s College. Miss Davis would go to become the first
International Student to be crowned Miss Saint Augustine’s College.
Feeling the call of God on his life in September of 1986, he was accepted into
Codrington College, Barbados to test his vocation to the Priesthood. He read
theology at the University of the West Indies where he graduated in 1987 with an Upper Second Degree in Theology. He holds a certificate in Pastoral Studies from Codrington College.
On July 25th 1989, he was Ordained to the Diaconate and was assigned to the
Parish of Saint Barnabas where he served as the Assistant Curate until May 31st 1993.
His other Pastoral assignments include Parish-in-Charge All Saints Parish June 1st, 1993 until December 31 2000; January 1st , 2001 until June 30th , 2010 Rector of Saint Luke’s Parish, South Eleuthera; August 1, 2010 until May 31, 2013 Assistant Priest Saint George’s New Providence; June 1st 2013 until January 31st , 2023 Priest-in-Charge Saint James Anglican Church, Adelaide; February 15th , 2023 until now 6th Rector Saint George’s New Providence.
He currently serves as Chaplain of the Iota Epsilon Lambda of Alpha Phi Alpha
Fraternity Inc. and the Nassau Bahamas Council of the National Pan-Hellenic
Council, Inc. He is also the 1st Vice President and Chaplain of the Bahamas Branch of the British Legion.
Vincent H.T. Thompson was born on March 22, 1991 to Earl V. Thompson Jr. and Ava Burke-Thompson; the second of their three children. Raised in a catholic family, Vincent enjoyed a catholic education throughout his life from Xavier's Lower School, St. Augustine's College and St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. It was during his time at St. Augustine's College (S.A.C.) that Vincent discovered his attraction to business studies; something that he would later revisit during his time at St. John's University.
Like his brother, father and grandfather before him, Vincent attended college in the Minnesota; a stark contrast to his hometown of The Bahamas. However, it was during these years that he would take the early steps of leadership that would influence a number of his future decisions. As a freshman he became the Chairman of the campuses Archipelago Association, an organization that was focused on the representative of Caribbean students. He would go on to hold this position for 3 years, while standing as the Men's Issues representative on the student government. Although, law had originally been an interest of his, Vincent graduated from S.J.U. in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Economics and began working back in Nassau as an external auditor for Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants. After exploring the accounting field for a a few years, Vincent decided to revisit his interest in the Financial field and began a Chartered Financial Analyst candidate while taking up the position as Assistant Manager of Markets at the Central Bank of The Bahamas where he is currently employed.
During the summer of 2016, Vincent entered the fraternal work of Greek organization by becoming a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Since joining, he has served in a number of capacities ranging from Social Action Chairman, Fundraising Chairman and Keeper of Finance. In 2019, Vincent was elected as the 13th President of the Nassau Bahamas Pan Hellenic Council where he served two consecutive terms until 2023.
Ricardo P. Deveaux is a 1985 graduate of the R. M. Bailey Senior High School, a 1990 graduate of Bethune-Cookman College (now University) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with honours and a 1992 graduate of Nova Southeastern University with Master of Science Degree in Human Services with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In May 2009, he delivered the commencement address at Bethune-Cookman University and was awarded the Honourary Doctorate of Humane Letters (LHD). He is only the second Bahamian and one of the youngest individuals to deliver the coveted commencement address and to be awarded a Honourary Doctorate
Degree at Bethune-Cookman University. In July 2012, he received a Chinese
Government Fellowship at Perking University, China and was awarded the Certificate in Public Administration. He also received a Certificate in Leadership from The University of the Bahamas.
He is employed with the Bahamas Government since 1992. He is currently stationed at the Ministry of Education & Technical & Vocational Training as Deputy Permanent Secretary, with responsibility for the Security, Employee Assistant and Labour Relations. In addition, Ricardo is the Deputy Chairman, National Training Agency.
Yearning to impact his community and his country, Ricardo was instrumental in the establishment of the Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Awards Program, a premier awards scheme in The Bahamas. Under his leadership, the awards program has recognized over 3,000 of the BEST and BRIGHTEST primary school students and awarded over $2.8 million dollars’ worth of scholarships and prizes since 1997. He currently serves as President & CEO of the Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Foundation, a non profit volunteer organization.
Ricardo was initiated in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., through the Delta Beta Chapter at Bethune-Cookman University on March 12 the, 1988. A Life Member of his Fraternity, Ricardo has been financial and active since the day he joined. In Alpha, he has served as the Local Chapter Director of Education, Vice-President and President. In the Local Council of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc., he has served as Secretary and Charter President.
Internationally in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Ricardo served as Chairman,
International Brothers Affairs, becoming the first Bahamian to serve on the senior leadership team and Bahamas Area Director, again becoming the first Bahamian to serve.
Internationally in the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc., Ricardo served as the Southern Region, Assistant Regional Director and International Area Director. He was the first Bahamian and first International Council to serve. In 1999, at the age of 31, he was elected to the Office of National First Vice-President, NPHC. He was the first Bahamian, the first International Council Member and one of the youngest individuals to serve in the number two international leadership position.
He is married to Pamela J. Deveaux, nee Cunningham, a Chartered Accountant. They are the proud parents of two daughters - Richea Juanita and Paige Aaliyah Deveaux. He is the eldest of son of Edward & Beverly Deveaux. Ricardo and his family worships at St. George’s Anglican Church.
